Getting to know us
⚠️ Pyn note to HR: This is an opportunity to build excitement about your company in the interim between the new hire’s offer letter signing and start date. Include fun non-confidential information about your company like - a short video about company culture or values, information about learning or volunteering programs, any upcoming events they could attend, etc.
No pressure for you to view these items before your first day. There are just so you can get to know us better.
What you can expect in the weeks ahead
You’ll be receiving helpful information about your onboarding from our communication tool, Pyn.
A few days before your start date, you will receive a message through Pyn with information about when and where to arrive and who you will meet with during your first day.
Throughout your onboarding, you will continue to receive useful information and onboarding tips from Pyn.
⚠️ Pyn note to HR: Because you can customize senders within Pyn, for example to automatically send onboarding messages as an HR manager in Slack or Email, you could also remove references to Pyn in the “What you can expect” section.
