There’s a lot to learn in your first few weeks, but I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share what was helpful to me in my own on-boarding.

My tips for your weeks ahead

There can be a lot to absorb, I know! What I found most helpful was to take at least 15 minutes at the end of each day to write down some reflections. Years from now, you’ll look back on those notes and appreciate how far you’ve come. It also helps to remember what it’s like to be new especially as you help others on board in the months and years to come. 

You’ve joined a unique organization with lofty goals. What helps us achieve these goals is our commitment to our core values. These values guide how we make decisions and how we treat each other.
