It’s your 7th week - here’s how to set yourself up for success

You’ve reached the last phase of your onboarding. This week you should review and adjust your 30/60/90 day plan with your manager in your 1-1 meeting.

Discuss your experiences so far so that you and your manager can adjust the 30/60/90-day plan as needed. Be sure that you and your manager are aligned on expectations for the remainder of the plan. 

During this phase of your onboarding, you will be transitioning into owning more work and operating independently. If anything is unclear or you need additional support, ask your manager.
