In this week’s 1-1 with your manager, prepare by bringing any questions or feedback you have.
Discuss your experiences so far so that you and your manager can adjust the 60-day plan as needed. Be sure that you and your manager are aligned on expectations for the next 40 days.
If anything is unclear or you need additional support, ask your manager.
