Does Claude see all of my employee data?

Only the context a given skill needs to do its job. Pyn passes the relevant details for the task at hand — not a wholesale dump of your HRIS.

Do AI-drafted messages go out automatically?

Not unless you want them to. By default, Claude-powered skills draft and suggest, and you review before anything reaches an employee.

Can it personalize by role, team, or location?

Yes. That’s the point of running on Pyn’s context layer — Claude works from the same employee fields Pyn uses to tailor and target every message.

Where do the messages get delivered?

Does Pyn also work with OpenAI?
