Natania Malin Gazek (she/her & they/them) runs a diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting practice, approaching their work with an eye for interrogating organizational culture to name the sources of inequities and help clients effectively and efficiently operationalize their values. With clients ranging from 200+ person corporations, to 30-person B-Corps, to two-person tech startups, her work is driven by the belief that when we create equitable systems that stick, they generate ripple effects of justice. Natania’s work is informed by a BA in Sociology from Vassar College and an MBA in Organizational Behavior from the Yale School of Management. A Brooklyn resident, Natania spends their free time enjoying their local park, singing with queer Jewish community, and developing detailed reviews of Trader Joe’s gummy candies.
